I just picked up both pairs of my new glasses. Wow, what a difference they make! It's like the entire world went into HD for me! I love them! My crunched/scratched/twisted pair is now tossed in my glove box in case of emergency but with two brand new pairs, I hopefully won't ever need them again. Last night was the big SotB5 party- for yes, Hawaii Five-0. It's the big deal that decynthus and I flew down for last year and had a total blast. We got to meet Kapuahi and lou_c. It was one of the best times I've had. This year, the entire cast was there, including Scott, so yeah, I'm jealous. Back from a lovely fangirl weekend with the lovely Kit who is my vidding companion. It means summer is officially here- I've been to Buffalo. Froze our asses off, yeow but it was cold. Glad we were not the kind to go camping. Instead we stayed in and wrote and vidded.

Several weeks ago there was a fandom charity auction for a lady I didn't know. I know fandom can be nasty sometimes but this is to me, is fandom at it's best- when it comes together for someone in need. I offered up to make one of my episode vids from Hawaii Five-0 and kapuahi had the winning bid.

The lovely kapuahi won an episode songvid from me at a fandom charity auction several weeks ago. It took me longer than I planned but I finished it tonight. Sent it to her for her enjoyment.
